No messing about, we’ll start the process with a full day together, inspecting each area of your business to see where improvements can be made. You’ll leave with a full set of action points to start implementing straight away.

Monthly Implementation & Accountability Meetings:


Based on my signature G.R.A.P.E.S. framework, we’ll work on one area of your business at a time, catching up once a month to see how you’re getting on with the tasks we set for the month, evaluate the results, and set new goals for the following month. The programme runs for 6 months, we have monthly meetings, and weekly catch-ups on WhatsApp. You will need to implement the actions we set each month, but we will set these according to the amount of time you have and are comfortable with. I, myself prefer in-person meetings, but the beauty of remote consultations is the flexibility they offer and sometimes it is more efficient to meet online. If you prefer face-to-face meetings, I offer hybrid options where we can meet in-person whenever is required. My aim is to offer a seamless, effective consultation experience that respects your time while providing maximum value, whatever that looks like for you.

When is the start date for 'Vine To Wine'? Can we work around my commitments?

This is a bespoke 1:1 service so we can start as soon as you're ready. (I am advertising this now because I have availability). If you decide to go ahead after our initial call, we'll agree dates for our meetings to suit both parties. We can work around any holidays or other events.

What is the total investment and what is included in the programme?

The 6-month programme costs £9,000, payable in 6 monthly instalments of £1,500. This includes an in-person strategy day at the beginning of the programme, monthly implementation and accountability meetings, weekly check-ins via WhatsApp, weekly reviews and critiques of any work via email, and daily direct access to me via WhatsApp messages. Tools and information to help hit your goals - templates, spreadsheets, frameworks, product recommendations, industry reports, market and competitor research, recordings of our calls - will be kept for you in a private Google folder. At the end of the 'Vine To Wine' programme, you will receive a full, written Business and Marketing Strategy for your business going forward.

How can I be sure it's worth the investment? Are there any guarantees?

Although it may seem like a big investment at first glance, what you’re getting here is a tailored strategy that’s designed specifically for you.
